His Culinary influence extends to collaborations with celebrity chefs such as Scott Conant, Brian Malarkey, Costas Spidialis, Chris Santos, and Robert Irvine, contributing to the success of various esteemed restaurants. Now, Chef Cisco & his wife Eve Espinoza and family have brought his first concept to Carson City.
