Eve's Eatery recognizes breakfast/brunch as the most important meal of the day and for that we focus on freshness and quality. We don't use microwaves, steamers and keep frozen items to a minimal. Making sure we make most of our recipes from scratch for freshness you can see & taste. Our food and customers are why we work so hard every day!

Has Contributed in Restaurants for Celebrity Chefs such as Scott Conant, Brian Malarkey, Costas Spidialis, Chris Santos & Robert Irvine. He has brough his first concept to Carson City with his Wife Evelyn Espinoza and family.
